Reboot 8 here I come!
All right, I’ve finally signed up for theReboot 8 conference in Denmark on June 1st – 3rd. I found out about this great conference shortly after the last one ended. I had really wished I had made it, from all I’ve read and heard it looks like such a great conference.
Also I loved Denmark last time I went to visit last August, so I decided to register for the conf and go there again. I was debating going, but after server unrelated people I told about the conference told me “Wow, you should go, it sounds like it was made specifically for you!”, I thought about it and had to agree with them.
As it says on the website:
reboot is a community event for the practical visionaries who are at the intersection of digital technology and change all around us… 2 days. 400 people. A journey into the interconnectedness of creation, participation, values, openness, decentralization, collaboration, complexity, technology, p2p, humanities, connectedness and many more areas. Applied towards us as individuals, citizens, teachers, culture workers, entrepreneurs, creators and change makers.
Sounds good huh? If it sounds of interest to you, I’d definitely check it out. I’m checking out hotels at the moment, but the parties are supposed to be pretty good so I might end up crashing on someones floor. If you’re going to Reboot definitely let me know and hopefully a group of us can get together. I got to find a whole lot of good restaurants (even Vegan/Vegetarian) throughout downtown and a club or two. Hope to see some of you there!
