Cool new podcast by the Joyent.com guys
So I’ve added yet another one to my long list of podcasts which I listen to regularly (I’m at around 40 now) and this one is by the Joynet.com guys called Ps Pipe Grep. If you’re looking for a good ol’ time geeking out, give it a listen. They are known advocates of high-performance networking, storage and Solaris. Some things covered in the first episode:
- Rails, Ruby VM, JRuby
- VPS (Virtual Private Servers)
- Unbreakable Linux by Oracle
- Suns new blackbox
In the second episode they go into depth regarding true grid and cluster computing.
