The Benefits of Green Tea
I love my green tea no really… I LOVE IT. I’ve been a tea connoisseur of sorts for years. First I was all about the organic, pure Japanese Sencha, the good golden green. Mmmmmm. I later did more experimenting, found new blends and flavors. There was even a time I did my own tea bagging…literally.
I bought the finest loose teas, found the measurements that tasted the best together and bagged them, 20.. 30… 50 at a time. It was stupendous. Jasmin, Gunpowder, Oolong, Kuchicha, Twig, Bancha (Yes I know some of those are the same).
Now I mainly stick with Bancha, with my simple and almost somehow vegan diet it seems to taste the best. Now to my original point of this post in, I came across yet another article outlining the benefits of green tea…

i have to agree with the green tea—do you ever drink genmai tea? that’s delicious, esp. if you live in climates with real autumn type weather. good with maple syrup squash bread…
Hey Jenn,
Yeah, I love Genmai tea too
I post this a long time ago and have had time to explore a great variety. Japanese Green Sencha is still my favorite, but I also enjoy Bancha Tea, Twig Tea, Rooiboos Tea, Dragonwell Tea, Chinese Gunpowder Green Tea and White Tea at times.
This is exactly what I expected to find out after reading the title The Benefits of Green Tea. Thanks for informative article
