Exciting times…
The new diet has been going quite well, I’m going on my 2nd week I believe? I’ve been experimenting immensly with my recipies. I’ve starting making noodles, spaghetti, friend veggie rices and so on. Real tasty things, I even have a few recipies for desserts that I need to get cracking on. Oh, and with 3 apples and 2 cups of apple cider I made my very own jar of APPLE BUTTER! A real hippie I am, yes I know.
My bloodsugar is still remaining stable and I can hardly believe it, this is quite the goal to accomplish. And in other health news I will be attending the 6th Annual Macrobiotic Summer Conference! How coincidental is that? They are having it in the south-west of Holland and its for 2 weeks! Its a little expensive but I’m taking it out of my edjucation fun since I’ll be in classes every day from 7am till 12 midnight! But it includes room and 3 meals a day, fully Macrobiotic.
